Consulting
We want to find you the right candidate for your school, so we always offer our time to discuss your role in more detail. We'll talk you through the search process and agree timelines with you - so we're all on the same page.
Talent Search
We search for both "active" and "passive" candidates. Active candidates are those already looking for their next position and make up less than 1/3 of all potential jobseekers. The rest are passive candidates and although not looking for a new role, with the right approach they can be open to discussing new opportunities. Frequently "high potential", this is why utilising a talent search consultancy can add real value to your school recruitment strategy.

As an independent, we have greater freedom to do what we are really good at - finding the right educator talent for your school. And as the world has gone digital it doesn't matter where you are - if you need to hire a teacher or a TA we have the means to help you.
