We want to find you the right candidate for your school, so we always offer our time to discuss your role in more detail. We'll talk you through the search process and agree timelines with you - so we're all on the same page.
We search for both "active" and "passive" candidates. Active candidates are those already looking for their next position and make up less than 1/3 of all potential jobseekers. The rest are passive candidates and although not looking for a new role, with the right approach they can be open to discussing new opportunities.
